View your planned stop orders using XMC’s interactive geographical/map view before assigning to drivers. Use automated dispatch for drivers who frequently deliver to the same routes and territories. Optimize routes as needed or choose automated Route Optimization, allowing artificial intelligence to design your route plan based on specific parameters such as destination address, customer time window, geolocation, as well as current or expected traffic.​

XMC provides many useful methods to check out of the warehouse. Drivers can simply refresh the app to receive today's deliveries, or you can more formally require both warehouse and driver personnel to sign off confirming items and quantities leaving the warehouse.

Returned items are identified by reason codes (customer reject, damaged, no room, missed stop) to facilitate put-away. Drivers and the warehouse team can view inventory reconciliations and comments on any variances.​

Route Accounting

Completed deliveries including P.O.D. details automatically appear in the ERP. Transactions are synched automatically, or individually or in batch, however you choose. Transactions, including payments, in the ERP are reviewed and posted by you. Daily Route Settlement reports are available on the driver device, and for you in the XMC management console.
