XMC has always been packed with intelligence to help guide decision making for companies route operations with Surveys, Tasks, Documents, Guided Workflow, Photo Tags and so much more.
Now, XMC offers as whole new software tool to help management, sales and delivery drivers be better informed, server customers better, and enhance decision making.
Effective immediately, XMC (Version 2.13.0.0 and higher) now includes DevExpress. Included with XMC are new Dashboards monitoring various Route Sales and Delivery KPIs, as well as a standard package of Reports.
With training, users can modify existing Reports and Dashboards, or create their own. Reports and Dashboards can be accessed via the XMC Management Console. Additionally, any Report can be published out to Driver/Reps, so they may run Reports regarding Routes, Customers, Items, Assets, Trucks and more.
xkzero will be reaching out to existing customers individually to coordinate updating the Management Console. We’re also working on plans to provide end user training for the tools.
XMC has long offered reporting using Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports was and is a natural choice for Sage X3 and Sage 100 customers, as that tool is integral to those ERPs. But over the last couple of years, many companies using Acumatica Cloud ERP have turned to XMC to manage their mobile route sales and direct store delivery operations. The good news is, XMC continues to support Crystal Reports as well.
